Daniel Hiser, MD
Medical Director/Co-Owner
Dr. Hiser is originally from Chicago, Illinois and received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in 1979. After completing his residency in 1982, Dr. Hiser moved to San Diego to begin his career. He received his American Board certification of Internal Medicine in 1983. Throughout his many years in private practice, Dr. Hiser saw the negative effects that overexposure to the sun had on his patients. His concern for his patients led him to partner with Elizabeth and Michelle to open a facility focused on correcting aging and sun-damaged skin.
Michelle Naughton, RN
Lead Registered Nurse/Co-Owner
Michelle is originally from Northern California and moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University. Michelle began her nursing career in 2003 at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. Her experience ranged from general surgery, cosmetic surgery, bariatric surgery and orthopedic surgery. During this time she experienced severe hyperpigmentation (melasma) on her face and was amazed by the technology available to remove it. After a series of chemical peels her hyperpigmentation was gone and her passion to help others in similar situations began. At this time she partnered with Elizabeth and Dr. Hiser to create Timeless Age Defying Laser Clinic. Michelle is passionate about skincare & thrilled to offer the latest in Laser technology to help people age with grace & continue to look Timeless.
Elizabeth Omidian
Clinic Director/Co-Owner
Elizabeth Omidian grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to San Diego in 1997 to attend college. She graduated from UCSD with the intention of one day continuing on to law school in the Bay Area. After a few years of working as a paralegal in La Jolla she realized this was not what she wanted to do and took her love for skin care and created Timeless Age Defying Laser Clinic. In 2006, she, Michelle and Dr. Hiser opened their doors for the first time. Since then she has enjoyed watching Timeless Laser Clinic grow and watching her long time clients achieve their skin care goals. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.
Cynthia Davila
Clinic Manager/Marketing Director
Cynthia is originally from the Boston area and enticed by the near perfect weather relocated to San Diego in the summer of 2003. Cynthia started at Timeless Age Defying Laser Clinic as a massage therapist in 2007 and her ability to create a smoother work environment, drive to create exceptional spa experiences for clients, organize and motivate those around her, created an opening as clinic manager. She enjoys sharing her passion and educating all those she comes in contact with on the importance of proper skincare and daily use of sunblock. When she’s not working she spends her free time with family, reading, hiking mission trails, and as much time at the beach as possible.
Ashley Wendt
Clinic Consultant/Medical Esthetician
Ashley is a licensed state certified esthetician in both California and Wisconsin since 2003. Her expertise includes an extensive knowledge and certifications in facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments, cosmetic injectables and multiple physician grade skin care lines. She prides herself in her ability to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and have customers look and feel their best. Ashley continues to expand her knowledge of the latest advances in skincare and products and applications. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with friends, painting, reading, checking out local music, and exploring the many great hiking spots in San Diego.
Michelle Torres
Clinic Coordinator
Michelle has over nine years experience in the beauty and spa industry which has created an intense passion for esthetics and skin care. She is committed to helping clients choose the appropriate anti-aging therapies by educating them on latest cutting edge treatments. Michelle dedicates her free time to being a mother to her daughter and exploring new recipes and perfecting her specialty dishes.
Monica Barnes, RN
Registered Nurse
Monica is a Southern California native who received her nursing degree at Kaplan College. Monica began her medical career with the goal of becoming proficient and successful in the field of aesthetics and cosmetics. After graduation and a few months at Rady Children’s Hospital, Monica became a part of the Timeless team. She has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in the field of aesthetics since May 2010 and continues to refine her skills to be able to give her clients the best treatments available. In her free time, Monica focuses on her son, staying active with her family, spending time with friends, and exploring new hot spots around San Diego.
Brittany Frame, RN
Registered Nurse
Brittany received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at San Diego State University, with an emphasis in public health nursing and nutrition. A born and raised San Diego native, she has spent clinical time in almost every hospital in San Diego. With a strong background in customer service, Brittany takes pride in making every client feel at a home. Outside of work, Brittany spends her free time focusing on anything fitness, including cross country running, spinning, yoga, and pilates, and most important of all, dancing! She is very proud to be a member of the team at Timeless Laser Clinic.
Andrea Rankin, RN
Registered Nurse
Andrea grew up in Los Angeles and attended nursing school and worked at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center working in orthopedics and in the neurosurgical ICU. She did a stint in the operating room at Harbor/UCLA Med. Center before relocating to S.D. for her husband’s job in 1990. I consider it a blessing to be able to work around people and assist them in fighting the physical signs of aging at Timeless. In my spare time I like to play tennis, walk on the beach with friends or our dog, and cheer for my daughter while she plays field hockey and lacrosse.
Lori Biesel
Medical Esthetician
Lori has over 13 years experience in the medical aesthetic industry, she received her degree from the Artistic Beauty School of Phoenix, Arizona. She specializes in microdermabrasions, TCA, Jessner’s peel, glycolic and salicylic acid peels, permanent makeup, waxing, facials, makeup application and massage. Lori is proficient in developing individualized therapeutic skin-care programs and is passionate about making her clients look and feel their best. She has extensive experience in luxurious spas and medical skin care clinics. When she is not pursing her passion of skin care she is off exploring and enjoying San Diego with her three young boys and husband.
